Error Message and troubleshooting on IP/MPLS Connection

1. Error 678



A) If this error occurs, it mean that there is no link between your Wireless equipment to Vodanet base.

Troubleshooting:
1. Check power to wireless device.
2. See whether cable is connected to your machine.
3. If both are ok and you can see the LEDs ON on the wireless device then contact customer support or 118 at vodanet to solve the problem.


2. Error 691



A) Error 691 mean your access refused to Vodanet Authentication server.
Troubleshooting.

1. Check your username and password
2. Is your password matched with vodanet password criterias.
3. Your account disable by administrator due to payment.
4. Check for your payment due dates.
5. If none of the above,Contact commercial support or 118 to solve this issue.
3. Error 769

A) Error 769 mean that specified destination is not reachable

Troubleshooting:

1. Check you network card is not disabled.
2. Check your cable is connected properly to the wireless unit.
3. Check your laptop is powered up with electricity.
4. Check ping on <ping 127.0.0.1>
5. If all the above are ok, contact customer support at vodanet.
