| Here is the procedure to follow for the
configuration of the PPPoE software in the
Windows platform 1. In the Start menu, click on Parameters and Network Connections Displays the network connections existing on this computer and helps you to create new ones. In the Start menu, click on Connections and Display All connections 2. In the Network Connections menu, click on Create a new connection Start the New Connection Assistant which helps to create an Internet Connection, on your computer or your professional network High speed Internet or Local Network local connection behind a Broadcom NetXtreme 57 xx Gg fire-wall 3. Click on Next 4. Select the “Set up an Internet connection” option and click on Next 5. Select the “Manually execute configuration of my connection” option and click on Next 6. Select the “Connect using a broadband connection requiring a username and a password” option and click on Next 7. Write “Vodanet” in the box for the Name of the Internet Service Provider and click on “Next” 8. Write Username, Password, Confirm the password and click on Next 9. Check off the “Add a shortcut toward this connection on my Office” and click on “Finish” 10. Choose between the two options suggested below and click on “Connect” 11. The small “On-Going Connection to Vodanet” table will appear for a few seconds. 12. An icon representing your connection will appear on the left hand side of the menu bar to confirm that the network is connected. 13.
